Visiting MRI
MRI is a government contractor and operates under regulations of the Department of Defense and the National Industrial Security Program. We welcome visits from our clients and others with a professional interest in our work and our facilities. Please read the simple procedures below to ensure a smooth check-in process.
If you are not a U.S. citizen, you will need to provide some basic personal information before your arrival at MRI, such as full legal name, company name and address, date of birth, country of citizenship, and passport number. Your MRI host will work with you ahead of time to obtain this information. In this way, MRI is able to meet standards set by government regulations, allowing you as our guest an easy and expeditious sign-in process. All visitors must sign the register in the lobby, receive a badge, and sign out before leaving. Also, MRI Security reserves the right to inspect a visitor or search any personal belongings being brought into the Institute. If you have any questions about our rules and procedures for visitors, please contact your MRI host.
