FIFRA
MRI helps companies comply with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. Our services include registration of new pesticides, reregistration of pesticides (per 1988 FIFRA amendments), and assistance with other regulatory requirements. We perform all chemistry described in the 40 CFR (Parts 158.150 through 158.190; see also OPPTS Test Guidelines Series 830-Product Properties, U.S. EPA, August 1996). As defined in 40 CFR (Part 160), we conduct all FIFRA analyses under GLP.
