Automation and Robotics

MRI's engineers have a combined total of 75 years experience in robotics and automation. Much of our background is in automation for the sciences; our multidisciplinary automation engineering group is skilled with laboratory operations and the hardware involved.
We have installed complete robotic systems in food, pharmaceutical, and natural product laboratories. MRI engineers also work with automated combinatorial chemistry, and have designed and built major subsystems for the drug discovery arena. We have automated centrifugation,
liquid/liquid extraction, liquid interface detection, solvent evaporation, and a vast amount of other operations. Our automation engineers routinely use machine vision and other forms of intelligent detection for projects in health-related fields.

Applications
