MRI's team of statisticians and analysts has been providing statistical and computational expertise in support of research programs in traffic and safety engineering, environmental engineering, analytical chemistry, environmental assessment, microbiology,
and pharmaceutical product development
for more than 30 years.

MRI statisticians apply statistical methods such as experimental design, general linear modeling, Poisson and negative binomial regression techniques, logistic modeling, event history analysis, multivariate techniques, neural networks, biostatistics, survey methods, and GIS in support of research in the public and private sectors.
