MRI has earned international recognition for its health research. Our R&D services support the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, veterinary medicine, agrochemical, and related industries worldwide. Advanced instrumentation and techniques allow us to meet today’s most challenging needs in the areas of pharmaceutical study and health assessment. We operate the Chemical Carcinogen Reference Standard Repository for the National Cancer Institute, a repository that supplies standard reference-grade compounds for cancer research around the world. MRI also is a founding member of the Kansas City Area Life Sciences Institute, a partnership of hospitals, medical research institutes, and universities.
